To strengthen its QHSE team, based in Milan, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is looking for a
Quality Manager
The resource, reporting directly to the QHSE and Sustaina-bility Manager, will be responsible for the company’s quality assurance and quality control activities.
In particular, the main tasks will be as follows:
– Develop and implement the company’s quality control and management processes;
– Ensure that all company processes comply with local and international quality regulations;
– Carry out periodic analysis of data and reporting on process quality, preparing detailed reports for management;
– Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions;
– Co-ordinate internal and external audit activities and manage the relationship with certification bodies;
– Collaborate with the various departments to promote a quality culture;
– Train and raise staff awareness on quality issues.
The requirements are as follows
– University degree in technical/scientific/legal disciplines or similar
– Previous experience in the role preferably in companies in the plant engineering or construction sector
– Thorough knowledge of auditing regulations and procedures/methodologies
– Leadership skills
– Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
– Excellent knowledge of the Office package
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent organisational and time management skills
