For its QHSE & Sustainability Division, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is looking for a
HSE Specialist
Reporting hierarchically to the Sector Manager, the HSE Specialist will support the execution of health, safety, and environmental activities within the Technical Facility Management division.
In particular, the HSE Specialist will be responsible for:
- Drafting and updating procedures, manuals, instructions, and all site and system documentation;
- Assisting the QHSE office during corporate audits, certifications, and administrative procedures;
- Preparing the necessary documentation to facilitate site access for workers;
- Managing both physical and digital archives of the office.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational background in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- At least two years of experience in the role.
Location: Milan
