For its QHSE & Sustainability Division, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is looking for a
HSE Manager
With a focus on railway projects within the Technical Facility Management division, the selected candidate will be responsible for all HSE-related activities. They will conduct site visits to assess ongoing working conditions, ensure compliance, identify specific hazards, and implement strategies to minimize or eliminate risks and exposure.
The role also includes managing safety documentation and training employees and subcontractors on safe working practices and emergency procedures. Additionally, the HSE Manager will analyze incident and near-miss statistics, identify critical issues, and propose improvement plans.
Requirements:
- A degree in Safety Engineering or a diploma/professional qualifications in HSE and safety & environmental management systems;
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the railway sector;
- Knowledge of Legislative Decrees 81/08 and 152/06, as well as ISO 45001 and 14001 standards;
- Strong managerial and communication skills;
- Willingness to undertake short business trips.
