For its Buildings Industry & Data Center division, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is looking for.
Site Managers (electrical and mechanical)
who, reporting hierarchically to the Sector Manager and functionally to the Project Manager for the assigned site, will coordinate the activities of the operators on site and subcontracted firms.
Specifically, the main duties will be as follows:
– Organize and supervise the activities of fitters and subcontractors;
– Coordinate constantly with the contract manager on the progress of the construction site;
– Apply and enforce labor and safety related regulations;
– Enforce the predetermined work schedule;
– Perform periodic interim audits and prepare necessary forms;
– Communicate variations during construction from the basic contract, noting changes for the issuance of “as built” drawings;
– Promptly report the occurrence of any defection and/or anomaly to the contract manager;
– Manage the material on the job site, checking the correspondence and compliance of the delivered material;
– Regularly update site plans and prepare the site diary.
Requirements are as follows:
– Diploma in technical disciplines;
– Thorough knowledge of the plant engineering field;
– Organizational skills;
– Expertise in safety and environmental issues;
– Knowledge of Office Package;
– At least 5 years of experience in the role.
