To expand the HR team for its Milan office, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is looking for an

HR Generalist

with a background in humanities or economics/law and previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in structured companies, who wishes to take up a new professional challenge.

Under the coordination of the HR Business Partner, the resource will provide valuable support in interfacing with employees and in personnel administration activities.

By way of example, the function will involve

– support in managing the payroll process (recording attendance and expense notes in the system and sending the flow to the payroll processing firm)

– management and filing of personnel administrative documentation

– support in the recruiting and onboarding phases as well as in the preparation of employment contracts and in activities related to employee terminations

– support in interfacing with external consultants and employment agencies

– contacts with educational institutions for internships, apprenticeships and collaborations

Fluency in English, attention to detail and confidentiality are prerequisites. The role also requires problem solving, listening and organisational skills. Knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Mechanical Engineering and of the Zucchetti management system are appreciated.
