The Bouygues Group, listed on the Paris Stock Exchange, was founded in 1952 by Francis Bouygues; it is an active developer, builder and operator in construction and civil works, transportation infrastructure, telecommunications, energy and services, real estate development and media. On October 4, 2022, the Bouygues Group completed the acquisition of Equans, a world leader in the ‘energy and services sector, with 6 complementary areas of expertise: electrical, HVAC, Cooling and Fire Protection, Mechanical and Robotics, Digital and ICT, and Facility Management.
